Nicholls Estates provides property sales and property management services in Barbados, offering personal attention to buyers, sellers and property owners.

Founded by Jo-Anne Nicholls, the business draws on training in Property & Real Estate Management and years of administrative experience in property development and housing construction.

Jo-Anne’s experience includes communicating with homeowners and contractors, coordinating appointments and property-related works, maintaining project records and assisting with payroll. Her work also involves checking completed repairs, identifying outstanding defects and coordinating follow-up work.

Through ongoing property management studies, she continues to build the knowledge and skills she brings to her clients.
